Phoenix Stalking Attorney

Criminal Defense Lawyer in Phoenix, Arizona

Stalking is a criminal offense which is related to harassment, continuous contact, watching, following, or threatening another person. Stalking most often occurs over a period of time, placing the victim in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or for the safety of his or her immediate family members. Stalking may be committed by way of the internet and computers, and in these situations it may be referred to as "cyber stalking."

Phoenix criminal defense attorney Richard Suzuki is here to help. If you or someone you know has been accused of stalking, it is crucial to obtain legal counsel immediately. The alleged victim may have already taken out a restraining order against you, prohibiting any further contact or making it unlawful for you to go within a certain distance of the victim. Attorney Suzuki can assist you in challenging the restraining order and can also begin protecting your rights in regard to your criminal charges, taking immediate action to mitigate the many negative consequences of these allegations.
